A meeting's Share menu (top right) and Settings → Connections send your calls where your work happens. Everything here is off until you turn it on.
Export as Markdown writes the meeting as a note: the title, date and people at the top, then your notes, the summary, next steps as tick boxes, coaching, marked moments and the transcript. Pick a folder in Settings → Connections (an Obsidian vault works well) and every finished meeting can be saved there automatically. Re-saving a meeting updates the same note, even after you rename the meeting.
Draft Follow-up Email writes a short email with what was agreed and who does what, in the language of the call. It only lists promises somebody actually made on the call. The draft appears on the Report tab, with Copy and Open in Mail, already addressed to the calendar invitees. Nothing is sent until you send it. Turn on "Draft one after every call" to have it waiting.
Add Next Steps to Reminders puts the report's next steps and commitments into a Parrot list in Reminders. macOS asks once for permission.
Paste a webhook address from Zapier, Make or n8n and Parrot posts each
finished meeting there as JSON: title, date, people, summary, next steps, marked
moments and notes, plus the transcript if you allow it. From there it can
reach Slack, Notion, HubSpot or anything else those tools connect to. Only https
addresses are accepted. Add a signing secret and every request carries an
X-Parrot-Signature header (an HMAC-SHA256 of the body), so the
other end can check it came from you. Send Test sends a sample.
Redirects aren't followed, so a meeting only ever goes to the address you
pasted. On-device-only meetings are never sent.
Turn on "Allow AI apps to read my meetings", click Copy Setup, and paste it into Claude Desktop (Settings → Developer → Edit Config), then restart Claude. Claude can then list, read and search your meetings when you ask it to. Access is read-only. Keep in mind that the app you connect usually sends what it reads to its own cloud, which is why on-device-only meetings are never shown to it. Turning the switch off cuts off an app that's already connected, the next time it asks. Any app that speaks MCP can use the same setup.
